Try Ageless sells compounded NAD+ as an injection and as a troche, inside a broader longevity and weight-loss menu. It is credited here for one unusual admission: the site states that the final amount is determined after clinical review, which is more honest than the competitors who let an intro rate stand as though it were the price. The consequence, though, is that nothing it advertises is a price. $249 is the list, $199 is what an introductory code produces, and the number you pay is decided later. Add a second structure — Try Ageless runs a shop with per-dose pricing alongside a plan funnel with different figures for the same molecule — and comparison-shopping it is close to impossible from the outside.

Compounded NAD+ is not an FDA-approved product, and the route sold here has no randomised human trial behind it: there is no published study showing that subcutaneous or intranasal NAD+ raises blood NAD+ in people, let alone that it improves energy, focus or any aging endpoint.
