The short version

Hone Health is a biomarker-driven platform rather than a shipped vial, and its NAD+ injection is priced accordingly: $165 a month for the medication, on top of a membership at either $25 or $155 a month, after an initial 50-biomarker blood panel discounted to $65. Credit where it is due — Hone prints "+ membership" directly in the headline rather than burying it, which is more than several cheaper providers on this board manage. The real monthly outlay is $190 at the entry tier and $320 at the top, plus $65 to start, which puts it at the top of the ongoing prescription range on our index once the stack is assembled, behind only Invigor's four-week billing. For someone who genuinely wants lab-driven titration, that is a different product; for someone who wants NAD+, it is a lot of scaffolding. We are not paid by Hone.

What the evidence for this route shows

Compounded NAD+ is not an FDA-approved product, and the route sold here has no randomised human trial behind it: there is no published study showing that subcutaneous or intranasal NAD+ raises blood NAD+ in people, let alone that it improves energy, focus or any aging endpoint. What the clinical literature actually supports is the oral precursor NR, which does raise blood NAD+ in controlled trials — a different molecule by a different route. Hone's model raises a specific question worth asking out loud: the platform's value proposition is measurement, and there is no validated blood biomarker that tells you whether NAD+ injections are working. A 50-biomarker panel measures many real things; none of them is your tissue NAD+ level. The testing is genuine and useful for the platform's other lines — it is not a way of verifying that this particular product is doing anything.

That sentence appears above a stack that costs $190 to $320 a month plus $65 to enter, which makes Hone the most expensive place on our index to buy a molecule nobody has shown works by this route.
