The short version

Maves does the thing this site keeps asking for and then undoes it one click away. Open the Pricing tab on its NAD+ page and you get a table with both figures for both plan lengths: $149 for the first month then $169 a month on the three-month plan, $159 then $179 if you pay month to month. That is more honest than most of this category manages, and it is worth crediting. The homepage card then advertises "Starting at $149/month", which is not a monthly price — it is a first-month price, and the word month is carrying an implication the table underneath contradicts. The real recurring cost is $169, or $179 if you will not prepay a quarter.

What the evidence for this route shows

Compounded NAD+ is not an FDA-approved product, and the route sold here has no randomised human trial behind it: there is no published study showing that subcutaneous or intranasal NAD+ raises blood NAD+ in people, let alone that it improves energy, focus or any aging endpoint. What the clinical literature actually supports is the oral precursor NR, which does raise blood NAD+ in controlled trials — a different molecule by a different route. Maves frames NAD+ under energy and longevity, which is precisely the claim set with no controlled human trial behind it for an injection; the trials that do exist are for a different molecule taken by mouth.

consult: Yes — the FAQ states the plan includes clinician review, prescription, medication and shipping if prescribed.
labs: Not required for NAD+ on the product page. The terms of service, which are parent-company boilerplate written for a low-testosterone programme, describe up to eight at-home blood draws and state that laboratory services are not covered by the membership fee. Nothing on the site reconciles the two.
follow-ups: Dose adjustments sit inside the plan; a continuation visit is required, and eight consecutive weeks without one can end the membership without notice.
human support: Clinician access by message. No dietitian, nurse or coaching programme is included.
supplies: A home kit is stated as included with the injection.

What they would rather you skipped

The gap between the Pricing tab and the homepage is the whole review. The tab is genuinely good — both rates, both plan lengths, one table — and the card most readers actually see says "Starting at $149/month" for a price that applies to a single month. A brand that knows how to print the standing rate, and does print it, has chosen not to print it in the one place where doing so would cost a click. Two further things do not line up: the product page promises free shipping while the shipping policy says charges appear at checkout, and the Get Started button on the NAD+ page opens a sermorelin intake funnel rather than an NAD+ one.
