Its homepage prints a full menu with a number beside every item, including three NAD+ routes: injection at $249, nasal spray at $249, and a flex-dose tablet at $199. It names four dispensing pharmacies and its medical team with NPIs, serves all 50 states, and states no long-term commitment and unlimited 24/7 messaging. The price is the problem, not the transparency: $249 is more than two and a half times CoreAge's $93 floor for what is, clinically, the same unproven compounded product.
