There is no struck-through anchor price, no "as low as", no plan-length ladder and no intro code — just $199, printed on the NAD+ product page itself rather than on a marketing tile somewhere else. The vial, syringes and needles are inside it, along with ongoing access to a Willow doctor and 24/7 support. The caveats are structural rather than commercial: NAD+ sits beside a much larger GLP-1 business, the page never states the vial strength, and Willow states plainly that it is not the compounding manufacturer and names no pharmacy.

What the evidence for this route shows

Compounded NAD+ is not an FDA-approved product, and the route sold here has no randomised human trial behind it: there is no published study showing that subcutaneous or intranasal NAD+ raises blood NAD+ in people, let alone that it improves energy, focus or any aging endpoint. What the clinical literature actually supports is the oral precursor NR, which does raise blood NAD+ in controlled trials — a different molecule by a different route. The dosing schedule and the missing strength are a problem together rather than separately. Willow starts you at three injections a week for the first month and then may step you down to one — a threefold change in how much drug you use — for a price that does not move, and the page never states the vial size or the concentration. You cannot work out what you are paying per milligram at either frequency, which means you cannot compare Willow against anything else on this board on the only axis that would settle it. Alongside that sits a marketing claim worth pushing back on: the FAQ argues injections beat pills because "over-the-counter NAD+ supplements are broken down in the digestive system", which is true as far as it goes — but the oral precursor NR survives that objection and has the human trials Willow's injection does not.
